Open Internet Explorer and go to Tools, Internet Options, Advanced. Under Browsing, make sure Enable FTP folder view (outside of Internet Explorer) is checked.

Enter ftp://ftp.advancetool.com/files/box## in the browser's URL window and press Enter. Your Box number will be provided by your sales respresentative.

You will probably seen an error message similar to:

Click View, then, Open FTP Site in Windows Explorer.

You will see an error message similar to the one below. Click OK.

Click File, then Login As…

Login using your box##@advancetool.com (if @ doesn't work, try %) and password and click Log on. Your password will be provided by your sales representative.

The next view should be the folder view of the site you logged into.
